When will my order get here? 

Orders are generally shipped one to three business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

How do I return or exchange an item? 

Being a small boutique with inventory constantly changing, we offer store credit only for items returned within 14 days of purchase. Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked "SALE" "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Exchanges for a different size can be made if in stock and available.

Customers are responsible for all return postage by purchasing a pre-paid label during the return process.

The item I want is sold out - are you going to restock it? 

In the event that you missed out on something you absolutely have to have, send us a message via the contact form with the item in question and we will try to work some magic.
